9 a.m. – 5 p.m. International Adoptions This program offers informational/educational meetings for adoptive parents, individual home studies as required, post-placement supervision, and individual and group counseling. They receive referrals for medical, housing, and financial assistance, short-term child care for newborns, and counseling or adoption placement (when requested) before and after the child's birth.
