| Older Adult Services Catholic Charities is a provider of care management services for older adults in partnership with Bergen NJ EASE through the Bergen County Division of Senior Services. The program targets frail, vulnerable low-income adults, 60 years of age and older, who are at risk for premature institutionalization.
