Intensive
In-Home Family Counseling
This program's clinical team provides coordinated
treatment and prevention services to families identified by DYFS (New
Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services) or other community agencies
as having youth at risk for out-of-home placement. In coordination with
CART (Case Assessment Resource Team), the program offers intensive individual,
couple, child, and family in-home counseling, supportive home visits,
active outreach and advocacy services, medication maintenance, and referral
to community agencies.
