Project Home

Project Home is a therapeutic environment in which intensive addiction treatment, case management, and supportive services are provided within an 18 apartment transitional housing to women who have a substance dependency diagnosis, are homeless, and are affected by domestic violence. This program is operated in partnership with Women Rising, Lutheran Social Ministries, and Catholic Charities. Services include bio-psychosocial assessments; intensive outpatient and aftercare substance-abuse treatment; domestic violence counseling, case management, parenting skills training and support, life skills training, family therapy referrals, job skills education, family activities and trips, and house meetings.
