Project Intercept

Project Intercept offers a program of group community service to juvenile offenders as a dispositional option for the Family Court judges in Bergen County. Court-ordered, group-supported community service projects offer an alternative to incarceration for young people involved in delinquent activities. Each group project is supervised by a case manager and by an off-duty police officer, who serves as a role model and provides program participants with an opportunity to establish a positive rapport with law enforcement personnel.
