Services
Human Trafficking Program
This program provides a variety of services for
victims of human trafficking through a liaison with the U.S. Conference
of Catholic Bishops and law enforcement agencies. These services include
protection from traffickers; assistance in certification and continued
presence; the provision of shelter, food, and clothing; mental and medical
health-care services; representation in immigration proceedings; job placement;
employment and independent living skills education; and protection from
continued victimization.
Victims are referred through the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, law
enforcement agencies, and self-referrals.

Immigration
Assistance
The Refugee & Immigration Assistance program
provides assistance to clients with immigration problems by providing
inexpensive fee-for-service legal assistance in all phases of immigration
and naturalization proceedings, representation in deportation or exclusion
proceedings before the Immigration Court, and assistance in any matter
involving immigration and citizenship.
There is a $40 consultation fee, and additional
fees may apply depending on the type of work needed. However, no one is
refused service because of his or her inability to pay.

Refugee Resettlement
Program
The Refugee Resettlement Program offers a wide
range of migration services to refugees who resettle in the United States.
A multilingual staff of professional counselors and job developers provide
individualized case-management services and resettlement plans that are
tailored to the specific needs of each client. Other services include
vocational assessment, job placement, and English as a Second Language
classes.
