Justice-Adult Union County Jail: HIV Discharge Planning Program Through this program, Catholic Charities staff work closely with Union County Jail officials to identify inmates infected with HIV/AIDS in order to provide essential services to the inmates and their families. Staff work with client inmates to assess their needs and provide essential discharge planning. Location Union County Jail: HIV Discharge Planning Program 505 South Avenue East Cranford, NJ 07016 (908) 497-3953 Monday – Friday; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Union County Jail: Women's Substance Abuse Program The Union County Jail Women's Substance Abuse Program provides addiction services to adult female inmates of the Union County Correctional Facility. The program meets twice daily, five days a week, and is facilitated by a certified drug and alcohol counselor. Services include drug and alcohol counseling, addictions education, case management, life skills training, criminal behavior modification, parenting skills, aftercare and referral services, and drug court intervention.
