St. Lucy's Shelter
Emergency Shelters

St. Lucy's Shelter is a supervised 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, year-round emergency shelter facility for single women and men offering emergency housing and food for those in need. Clients are offered a 45-day stay. Within the first two weeks, clients meet with staff to assess their current situation. Once their needs are determined, clients are referred to one or more of the following services: welfare, SSI, unemployment, job training and job search, and mental-health/addiction-treatment programs.
